How can I increase the number of text messages?
TextRecruit is set up to be a personalized conversation from recruiter to candidate, so we limit the amount of TextRecruit Credits a single seat can have, maxing out in our enterprise plan. If you need to increase the number of TextRecruit Credits over the max in our enterprise plan, you will need to purchase additional seats. For more information about our enterprise plan click here.
Where do I see my billing information?
Manager Role, has the ability to see Contacts Usage for both yourself and Company, Renewal date and Account Type on the Dashboard, under the Account Status.
